A team of experts

Philippe Pech de Laclause

Philippe Pech de Laclause has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1984.

As a senior lawyer, he worked for many years as a partner in Salans (Dentons) and as a founding partner in Pech de Laclause & Associés (PBA Legal), where he excelled in all areas of litigation.

Throughout his career, Philippe has dealt with many complex and cross-cutting issues, requiring great technical mastery and strategic thinking.

His expertise builds on years of practice, during which he developed a rigorous and thoughtful approach to defence. He is a former Secretary of the Paris Bar Conference (promotion 1989).

His skills have been officially praised on several occasions (Legal 500, Le Monde du Droit...).

Pauline Missoffe

Pauline Missoffe has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2018.

A graduate of a course in business law from the Panthéon-Assas University Paris II and the Grande Ecole de l'EM Lyon course, Pauline Missoffe has worked in prestigious Parisian firms such as Gide and PBA Legal, as well as with renowned criminalists (Dupond-Moretti & Vey).

She acquired expertise in litigation, including litigation, corporate criminality (business, labour and fiscal criminality), and insurance law. It also practises urgent criminal defence.

Pauline Missoffe is distinguished by her rigorous analysis, her mastery of complex legal issues and her ability to propose strategic solutions.

It accompanies its clients at every stage of their problems, whether it involves anticipating risks or defending their interests before the courts.

Pauline Missoffe speaks French and English.

Victor de Belot

Victor de Belot has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2018.

A graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and the Grande École de l'EDHEC Business School, he was first a financial analyst, in a consulting firm and in a bank, in France and abroad, before joining leading Parisian law firms – Gide Loyrette Nouel and Viguié Schmidt & Associés.

It intervenes mainly in civil and commercial proceedings, international disputes, company law and corporate criminal law, with a particular aptitude for litigation.

He accompanies his clients to a legal, economic and operational view of their problems, fuelled by the diversity of his career.

He works in French and English.

Marianne Pech de Laclause

Marianne Pech de Laclause has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1988.

She holds a DEA in General Private Law and graduated from the Institut de Criminologie de Paris. She was a member of Lafarge-Flecheux et Associés and then a partner in Ancelle Pech de Laclause before joining the firm of Pech de Laclause & Associés.

Marianne Pech de Laclause has extensive experience in all areas of litigation, including criminal and civil law.

Within PMBA, it brings a perspective enriched by experience, contributing to the balance and complementarity of the team.
